Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Thi Hoai Thu, PhD

Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Thi Hoai Thu is a public health specialist with more than 15 years of academic research and teaching experience in health policy and management, human resources for health, and hospital quality management. She holds a PhD in Public Health from Queensland University of Technology, Australia, with specialization in health workforce.
Her research focuses on health systems and policy, health workforce development, hospital quality management, and public health preparedness. She has led and contributed to numerous studies funded by national and international organizations, and is actively engaged in consulting and capacity-building work with hospitals and healthcare facilities at various levels across Vietnam.

Bui Thi My Anh holds a Master of Public Health from Mahidol University, Thailand, and brings over ten years of experience in health management and policy, human resources for health, and health service quality. Her research employs mixed methods to examine health systems and policy through the WHO six building blocks framework, non-communicable diseases, and quality management.

Phung Thanh Hung, MPH

Phung Thanh Hung holds a Master of Public Health from the Royal Tropical Institute in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and has more than ten years of teaching and research experience in health workforce, health system management, hospital management, and health service quality.

Chu Tuan Minh
Preventive Medicine (MD) Student

Chu Tuan Minh is a Preventive Medicine (MD) student at Hanoi Medical University with a strong interest in health management, epidemiology, and research methodology. He currently works with faculty in the Department of Health Organization and Management, contributing to research as a data collector, data analyst, report writer, and program-coordination assistant. Through this work he aims to strengthen his research skills and analytical thinking, and to contribute to projects that create value for the community.
Tran Xuan Dai

Tran Xuan Dai earned his Bachelor of Public Health from Hanoi Medical University in 2025. He has taken part in numerous research teams at the university and continues research work with faculty at the Institute of Preventive Medicine and Public Health.

Mai holds a Bachelor of Public Health from Hanoi Medical University. She currently supports research through data collection and report writing. She is particularly interested in healthcare-quality research and is keen to broaden her knowledge, sharpen her analytical thinking, and build research skills so she can contribute to projects that make a positive impact on the community.

Preventive Medicine (MD) Student

Dong is a Preventive Medicine (MD) student at Hanoi Medical University. He also conducts research and scientific projects with faculty in the Department of Health Organization and Management at the Institute of Preventive Medicine and Public Health. He hopes to build his skills and knowledge in statistics and research across areas he cares about, including psychiatry, psychology, health management, and epidemiology, and is glad to take part in projects that are meaningful for the community and society.
Nguyen Viet Thanh
Preventive Medicine Student

Nguyen Viet Thanh is a Preventive Medicine student at Hanoi Medical University with a passion for health data science. He works with the Health Organization and Management research team toward improving community health through practical, evidence-based interventions. Within the team he focuses on biostatistics, using RStudio to run complex analyses that surface meaningful scientific patterns. His future direction is to specialize in biostatistics, pairing analytical thinking with project-management skill to build data-driven intervention proposals that contribute to a sustainable health system.
